 Proficient in AutoCAD – 2D, SketchUp modeling/V-Ray.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel are a must).

 Internet skills.

Job Description and Responsibilities (Trainee – 6 months’ probation):

 Produce conceptual furniture layouts, ceiling designs, and wall elevations.

 Create detailed 3D models using SketchUp for conceptual furniture layouts.

 Conduct as-built measurements on-site and detailed drafting.

 Generate working drawings for furniture, ceilings, electrical, and plumbing details.

 Assist senior team members in achieving project goals.

 Participate in material selection and produce material specification sheets.

 Create quantity sheets as per selection.

 Coordinate with various service providers and agencies.

 Conduct site visits, providing daily progress reports to seniors.

 Draft emails and reports related to project updates.

 Attend meetings as scheduled by management.

 Attend/conduct training sessions as planned by management.

 Prepare for meetings and training sessions.

 Provide guidance and training to new colleagues, superiors, and subordinates.

 Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports.

 Maintain all required data as requested by management.
