Greetings from R P CONSULTANTS
We are an IBBI registered valuer and real estate consultancy firm, currently looking for dynamic and aspiring individuals who want to seek a career in Valuation field. We are presently into Land and Building Asset class valuation.
Since Valuation is less taken field civil engineers, the opportunities are so much for growth, both knowledge wise and financially as compared to other conventional civil engineering jobs.
We are looking for,
Qualified candidate, preferably around age 18-22 , having a 2 wheeler license and own vehicle, versatile in reading/speaking Gujarati Language.
JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. VISITING PROPERTIES FOR VALUATION
2. CREATION OF TECHNICAL VALUATION REPORTS
3 DATA COLLECTION AND MANAGEMENT
Location: VADODARA
The salary shall be decided after the interview
