Minimum 5-7 Experience in HVAC design & Supervision for Industrial, Hospitality and commercial buildings.
Requirements of the Job:
• Mechanical – HVAC design calculations, drawings, specifications and tender documents
• Participation in the progress and co-ordination meetings and maintaining meeting records
• Preparing of Quantity Estimates
• Ensuring compliance to all applicable codes
• Preparing technical proposals and reports
• Experience in Site Supervision
Eligibly Criteria:
• 5-7 Years work experience in Mechanical – HVAC design on large scale Industrial, Hospitality and Commercial Buildings
• Should be well conversant with AutoCAD, Word, Excel etc.,
• Candidate must have design consultancy background.
• Experience in industrial utilities (like pneumatic, steam Piping etc.) design will be an added advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 – 7 years of experience in Mechanical – HVAC Design
